1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (Order Number/Invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear.
3. How to Request a Return/Exchange

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received back, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size or style is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.
6. Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, wrong, or damaged products.

In such cases, Tippy Top will arrange for a free return pickup or reimburse the shipping charges.
