📌 Shipping & Delivery Policy – Tippy Top

At Tippy Top, we work hard to make sure your little one’s favorites reach you safely and on time.

1. Shipping Timelines

  • All confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other locations: 5–7 business days

  • During festive seasons or sale periods, dispatch may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional fee, which will be displayed before payment.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details of your order.

  • You can track the shipment on our logistics partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, Tippy Top delivers only within India. (International shipping coming soon!)

5. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
